In the summer of 2022, I discovered a remarkable person in India who refers to himself as “Mediator Vikram.”  By the time I happened to find him, Vikram had hosted and recorded literally hundreds of sessions with Mediators and conflict resolution professionals from around the world as part of his “Dispute Resolution Revolution.”  I mentioned to Vikram that none of his speakers had yet focused on Collaborative Law. He instantly invited me to give such a presentation. The result is this video which is now part of an extraordinary collection of videos available on his website: MediatorVikram.com and his YouTube channel.

This video was recorded as part of a team/panel discussion of Collaborative Law during United Nations “2022 World Creativity and Innovation Week” which was devoted to “collaboration.”
